PT. Duta Abadi Primantara is committed to always provide the best service and innovate the best technology to present a comfortable healthy sleep quality. :
  • Manage end to end personnel administration activities (absenteeism, disciplinary, etc)
  • Plan, Implement, and Evaluate HC operations program to all employees
  • Manage end to end General Affair processes
  • Assist and support the implementation of all HC programs within Jakarta Branch in coordination with other HC Functions
  • Manage employee Benefit administration (BPJS, leave, insurance, etc)
  • Facilitate other division's needs to deliver business goals in line with Corporate values
