Responsibilities

• Provides interpretation of policies and procedures to management and employees.
• Partners with management on organizational structure, succession planning, and employee development.
• Creates key performance indicators (KPIs) and collects KPI reports.
• Handles various employee relations issues.
• Conducts new hire orientation and assesses training and development needs for employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Provides administration and education on Benefits and Compensation programs.
• Provides advice and counsel to management on HR issues.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Industrial Relations (PKWT/PKWTT, Bipartite, Tripartite, bridging employee and employer expectations).
• Good understanding of payroll (salary scale and structure, calculating BPJS for both kesehatan and ketenagakerjaan).
• The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in Psychology or Law.
• Having experience in manpower planning will be a plus.
• Responsible for all aspects of HR and GA.
• Preferably a Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must.
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to recruit new employees in a very short time.
• Experience in start-up and retail companies is preferred.
