Job Desc :

• Accurately record expenses and control the training budget.
• Make dashboards and routine training reports for companies and or business units based on training plans and programs in a timely manner.
• Reviewing and analyzing data to obtain information on the results of policies that have been made.
• Documenting the overall training plan that is carried out from month to month and determining expenses based on the training plan and program.
• Perform data analysis to support the preparation of provisions and procedures related to business and supporting.
• Make improvements, performance improvements, business processes, efficiency, and productivity based on data.

Requirements :

• Have minimum 2 years experience as data analyst/ business analyst/ data scientist.
• Able to apply analytical, statistical, operational knowledge, and perform data interpretation and decision making
• Have the ability to make policies and BPM (Business Process Management).
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
• Able to coordinate and communicate well with all stakeholders in planning, developing and implementing projects.
• Detail oriented, willing to learn, and able to work both in team and individually.
• Experience in Master Data Management, Data Standardization, ETL (Extract Transform Load), Data Profiling and Business Intelligence Reporting.
• Have the ability to operate Package Analysis Data, Database and Visualization Tools (Example: Python, VBA, SQL, Tableau).
• Having experience as People/Learning Development.
