Job Description
  • Be a person-in-charge and liaise with company’ banks
  • Working closely with other division and department in order to make sure company’ closing and financial reporting can be performed in timely
  • Ensure and review Prepare journal entries book into SAP with detail description and reliable supporting documents/data
  • Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports
  • Manage and lead project initiatives as assigned
  • Ensure accounting financial and operating are reported accurately to reflect the condition of the business and provide reliable information for control and arrangement purposes
  • Conduct and analyze revenue reconciliation from mid office, auto billing, and SAP
  • Design and develop financial information reports to provide current, important and relevant information and perform analysis of results, including investigation of variances and their interpretation
  • Identify opportunities for improved financial performance
  • Manage the cash flow and revenue, includes generating reports on cash operations, oversee cash transactions, ensure adequate liquidity and determine how much cash is available for use and forecast for both short and long term cash levels
  • Coordinate with auditors related to audit process
  • Provides leadership, advice, and support to the other departments within finance and recommend strategies to improve or enhance existing financial reports, and the development and use of ad-hoc reporting
  • Perform balance sheet and income statement driver analyses and reconciliations, and solve for any unreconciling items
  • Maintain accounting and financial files and records and save into shared folder.
  • Perform analysis on margins and costs
  • Ensure internal controls are adequate to safeguard company assets and the integrity of financial records
  • Manage and drive timely month-end and year-end closing accounting entries, provide preliminary reviews and make appropriate adjustments to the company’s financial statements to ensure that they are accurate, reliable and in compliance with accounting policies, standards, related tax laws and regulations and are timely submitted accurate
  • Supervise and coach team member in accomplishing the objective key results as set
  • Designs and develops financial information reports to provide current, important and relevant information for senior managers in the business areas in order to assist them in assessing their resources and making sound business decisions
