Financial Industry Solution Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Partnership Management: forming strategic alliances and collaboration with external partners.
• Creating and presenting proposals in coordination with presales and account managers, taking into consideration customer requirements.
• Formulating a Go-to-Market strategy of the newly developed financial industry products and services.
• Leading the whole Financial Industry Product Management activities, from ideation to commercialization phase.
• Conducting product demonstrations to show how financial industry products may benefit and add value for customers.
• Ensuring that financial products are successfully implemented to clients in collaboration with a project manager.
• Developing a business model, product positioning, and pricing strategy for the financial industry products to be accepted by customers.
• Collaborating with the research team in conducting market research as well as competitor analysis to identify financial industry trends and customer needs.
• Supporting the operational team and guarantee that the products are able to operate properly and meet the service-level agreement (SLA).
• Managing user feedback to improve product features so they can reach a wider range of customers.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Required Language: English
• Having good knowledge on application development framework, database, and infrastructure architecture.
• Having good presentation and communication skills.
• Strong Product Management skill to maintain product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with containerized application architecture for automating deployment and scaling.
• Minimum education: Bachelor Computer Science/Information Technology (IT).
• At least 3 years of work experience in B2B product management, preferably with product related to the financial industry such as eKYC, eChannel, Mobile Banking, etc.
