colspan="11" width="951">;Managing a team of Solution Design Analysts to provide error free supply chain solutions, analyzing multi-facet information and designing cost effective, operationally feasible solutions which align with DSC standard pricing principle to meet customers requirement
Role Purpose
Responsibilities
  • Outline solutions and commercial proposals in appropriate formats for presentation to internal/customers. Participate in customer presentations where required
  • Engage and work closely with operations team on implementation of assigned projects
  • Develop and maintain good and effective communication across the business
  • Establish optimal costing/commercialization for New/Existing business
  • Engage and work closely with BD and sector team on proposing solution design needs
  • Championed assigned practise/solution subject matter expertise- build depths via research and application, team development & training, engagement on relevant projects
  • Support the Solution Design team in the pursuit of new business/ renewal of existing business
  • Provide solutions/analytical support for implementation/re-engineering needs for key/strategic projects as assigned
  • Actively seek to understand and apply innovation be it warehouse, facility, fleet, technology or safety to solutions
Requirements
  • Sector and practice relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in relevant discipline
  • An advanced user of tools such as Microsoft Excel to perform complex data analysis
  • Understanding of solution design tools, techniques and procedures
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in solution design
  • Good command in English
  • Extensive multi-sector experience
  • Experience in at least one modeling / simulation tool
