Team And Role Introduction

Logistics Marketing Solutions is a new business logistics that sells ads space in our logistics touchpoint. With the largest logistics commerce in Indonesia, Lazada Logistics is leading the change to be connect of its customers' daily lives and the company now caters to millions of parcels all over Indonesia each day.

Responsibilities

• Executing strategy & plan that provides actionable activities for the Marketing Solutions team to drive the overall business objective.
• Supporting the Head of the Department and business partner to make informed strategic decisions through data story-telling.
• Being a knowledge expert for Logistics Marketing Solutions suite and external media solutions. Partner with the sales team to educate, advise, and consult the brand partners.
• Working closely with related stakeholders to support LPs and other ecosystem players in Logistics Marketing Solutions' potential in achieving their business objectives.
• Driving the performance with the Head of the Department through recurring business reviews and planning.

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

• Excellent persuasive written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Able to connect the dots, perform complex analysis and communicate findings and solutions in a strategic, concise way for senior management
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while paying extreme attention to detail
• Highly skilled and persuasive in creating marketing/sales strategy materials
• Have at least 5+ years or more experience working in highly analytical and fast-paced environments such as top agencies, management consulting, or digital / eCommerce companies. Ad tech/performance advertising is a MUST.
• Possess a strong track record in delivering impactful business outcomes as a digital marketing expert, partnership builder and growth driver
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Possess relevant experience in managing global brands in Indonesia markets as an account lead
