Role Summary

Responsible for administrations task in logistics, include indirect order, manage the contract with 3PL and our forwarders.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Contract with 3PL, Forwarders, Transport
• Checking inbound and outbound invoice for validating and filing
• Follow up the registration of new suppliers.
• Indirect PR and PO for forwarder
• Handling and confirm the cost of 3PL and transport.
• Create a letter of authority for import the goods.
• Create Memo to internal for assembly request.

Role Requirements

• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• High initiative, self-starter, proven track record in organization and coordination abilities.
• Minimum D3 from any major, fresh graduate are welcome
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
