On their mission to support these businesses in Indonesia and beyond, they are now on the lookout for an exceptional Country Compliance Manager to join their team in Jakarta.

With your unwavering enthusiasm and knowledge within regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and ethical standards within an international organization you will play a pivotal role in maintaining their integrity, driving compliance excellence, and contributing to the company´s continued success in Indonesia and worldwide.

Responsibilities (among others):

• Monitor and measure the organization's target achievements.
• Collaborate with the MR to ensure the successful implementation of the Integrated Management System throughout the company.
• Assess and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with customer, internal, ISO standard, and regulatory/legal requirements within the organization's Integrated Management System.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical skills and an evidence-based approach.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment, Legal, Dangerous Goods, Compliance, Quality Management
• Fluent in English and Bahasa languages.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Law.
• Experience with ISO implementation, contract management, and handling large projects.
• Familiarity with international conventions or local contracts on liability.
• Familiarity with forwarding industry classifications and regulations.
