1. Lead the beauty market and consumer intelligence strategy in the country (market and consumer intelligence, product opportunity assessment, consumer insight, methodological innovations, etc.)
2. Providing constructive input to brand new product strategy by collecting beauty market and consumer consumption habits, brand sales, and systematic analysis.
3. Analyzing changing trends in the market, industry, categories and competitors to ensure information quality and objectivity;
4. Organize 1~2 times per year in an influential way, in-depth research (consumers, competitors, new business models) to gain insight into key market trends in order to identify new category opportunities)
5. Analyze and refine the direction of new product development through blind testing research and insights on product formulations, and collaborate to promote the development of brands in each country.
6. Familiar with the ID and EU cosmetic regular, and real-time tracking, interpretation of regulatory trends, insight into regulatory trends, to provide a reference basis for the implementation of beauty product development.
7. Real-time tracking of the quality of products after market and quickly propose solutions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 3 years of FMCG wholesaler management experience, experience in beauty category is preferred.
3. Solid knowledge in wholesaler system setup and wholesaler management
4. Good at spotting subconscious consumer behavior, good at communicating and executing, and able to interact and influence at all levels of the business.
5. Proficiency in using office software.
6. Good communication skills both oral and written, fluent in English is a must/Mandarin is a plus.
