Responsibilities:

• Determine the appropriate type buyer profile based on property type and value.
• Analyze and evaluate each property based on legal documents and physical condition and do site surveys for each potential target.
• Calculate and analyze the value of property based on comparisons to recent sales & market comparables data and estimated cost for purchase of property.
• Provide & submit a recommendation report or investment memo to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Possessing strong analytical-thinking and problem-solving skills is a must, along with a great sense of ownership.
• Previously, min 3-4 years of experience in the real estate sector, will be a distinct strength, specifically in the residential market.
• You should be excited about working in a startup that aims to drive change in the real estate sector.
• A swift strategic-thinker who is able to identify and analyze data utilizing technologies and tools.
• You should be excited about spending time on the ground and traveling to the Jabodetabek area, more than 50% of your time on a weekly basis, including on the weekend.
• Strong ability to lead with eagerness to learn continuously.
• Previously, having experience in market research & feasibility study in the real estate sector would be a great advantage.
• Bachelor degrees in Urban Planning, Architecture, Economics, Finance & Business, or relevant fields in the real estate sector will be preferred.
