Previously, min 3-4 years of experience in the real estate sector, will be a distinct strength, specifically in the residential market.

Previously, having experience in market research & feasibility study in the real estate sector would be a great advantage.

Possessing strong analytical-thinking and problem-solving skills is a must, along with a great sense of ownership.

Bachelor degrees in Urban Planning, Architecture, Economics, Finance & Business, or relevant fields in the real estate sector will be preferred.

Analyze and evaluate each property based on legal documents and physical condition and do site surveys for each potential target.

Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major but management/accounting major preferred

Oversee MA Project Management Processes Including Due Diligence, Financial Planning, Scoping, Closure, And Integration

Experience min. 3 years in the field of MA (minimum senior supervisor level)

Preferably have experience in financing company

Examining Market Conditions And Developments, Evaluating Organizational Opportunities For Mergers, Acquisitions And Divestitures

Develop Appropriate Financial Means To Estimate Cash Flow And Profit Potential

Analysis on the potential projects, including preparing M&A analysis presentation for internal management (for project approvals).

Graduated from bachelor's degree / master's degree majoring in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related major.

At least 7 year(s) of working experience in M&A corporate or deals advisory consultancy or Investment Banking.

Advanced skill in Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication skills in verbal and written which must be clear, comprehensive, exhaustive, and easy-to-understand.

Handover projects to operating teams.

Bachelor Degree of Finance / Business Administration

Good knowledge of regulation i.e OJK

Involved on Cross-border M&A, Capital Markets & Strategic Alliance Advisory, Business Matchings

Conduct analysis of financial data

At least 2 years in the same field from a securities / audit firm. (Preferably Big 4)

Strong in business and data analysis

Has prior experience in ATS would be a plus

Support PA Data Analytics in administrative work

Ensure administration in recruitment doing well

Penultimate year of Psychology major from reputable university, freshgraduates are welcome to apply

Able to operate Ms. Excel and/or Google Suite

Minimal 2-3 years experience in end-to-end M&A projects including sell-side and buy-side

Strong academic background / results and financial knowledge (accounting and company valuation) and understanding of financial statements

Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)

Work Closely With The Chief Investment Officer To Originate, Execute And Structure Investment Opportunities In Asia-Pacific

Experience from top-tier management consulting firm will be a plus.
