We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisitions Intern to assist our Recruitment team with hiring tasks, i.e. sourcing arranging interview and conduct reference check directly to the candidates. Ultimately, an outstanding Intern should be communicative, people-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills. The intern will have opportunities to explore recruitment activity and deal with many stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support PA Data Analytics in administrative work
• To support recruitment process related by managing interview arrangement, conducting reference check, sourcing for some of vacancies, as well as support interview for freelance or intern positions
• Ensure administration in recruitment doing well

Requirements

• Penultimate year of Psychology major from reputable university, freshgraduates are welcome to apply
• Good interpersonal skill
• Able to operate Ms. Excel and/or Google Suite
• Fast learner and proactive
• Has prior experience in ATS would be a plus
