Final year student or fresh graduates majoring in Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent.

Smooth and confident English communication and good interpersonal skills.

Handling incoming applications by filtering suitable candidates through databases, online portals, social media, etc.

Providing and maintaining candidate databases and well-documented lead generate reports.

Assisting Recruiter with proactive searches.

Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Human Resource Management, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.

Mandarin Speaker is a must

Students in their 4th year or fresh graduates with distinct achievements are welcome to apply

Keen to develop and confident in speaking in Mandarin

Has prior experience in ATS would be a plus

Support PA Data Analytics in administrative work

Ensure administration in recruitment doing well

Penultimate year of Psychology major from reputable university, freshgraduates are welcome to apply

Able to operate Ms. Excel and/or Google Suite

Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to understand hiring needs and requirements.

Assist in developing and implementing effective talent sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Utilize various online platforms and tools to identify and engage potential candidates.

Conduct preliminary screening and assessment of resumes and applications.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the applicant tracking system.

Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems

Works together with the recruiter and hiring manager to define candidate personas

Good knowledge of how to use the various sourcing channels

2+ years experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in the HR department

Experience with Notion, MS Office

Full remote and you can work from all over the world and work in your timezone

Exceptional interpersonal, and communication skills, with strong customer service mindset.

Experienced with Regional Sourcing is a plus.
