Sourcing Specialist

Tetra Pak is looking for a Sourcing Specialist who contributes to the overall successful delivery of HR service. As a member of the South Asia East Asia and Oceania (SAEA&O) recruiting team, you will be primarily responsible to provide direct sourcing support for a wide variety of roles across SAEA&O. You strive (both individually and in team) in giving the best-in-class experience to our internal stakeholders and most importantly our prospective candidates.
The role is expected to be placed in Jakarta, Indonesia with exposure to regional level.

What you will do

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will:

• Share statistics as needed with recruiters during searches about the progress made to date on pipeline building and make recommendations as to whether the sourcing strategy should be revised based on those research findings
• You will partner with recruiters from South Asia East Asia and Oceania (SAEA&O) recruiting team to creatively and strategically source for diverse experienced talent to fill open roles in the SAEA&O region. The diversity of roles to fill ranges from junior executives to senior managers’ level. In addition, you will gather, curate, and disseminate relevant industry intelligence and provide data-rich talent market analysis and strategic sourcing approaches that can be leveraged by the recruiting team.
• Source and identify passive and active candidates for talent pools
• Conduct primary and secondary research by leveraging external intelligence resources, as well as internal and external networking to source for diverse referrals and market intel
• Collaborate with recruiters to create comprehensive talent sourcing strategies which elevate our employment brand.
• Participate / Lead projects (as required) to enhance the effectiveness of the team
• Engage with shortlisted candidates through screening calls to assess interest and sustainability for role

Profile description:

We believe you have

• Effective user of recruitment software (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Exceptional interpersonal, and communication skills, with strong customer service mindset.
• Familiar with social networks, professional sites and resume databases.
• Strong understanding of talent sourcing channels, techniques and technologies.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree / university degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an in-house talent intelligence/research or source recruiter role in a professional services or executive search firm
• Experienced with Regional Sourcing is a plus.
