Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business
  • Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Proficient in computer applications and HR technology
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Domicile in Yogyakarta
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and candidate selection
  • Proficient in interview techniques and candidate assessment
