Job Description

Responsibility :

• Identify potential and suitable candidate and asses their qualifications through CV review, technical test, psychological test and any other form of assessment and communication to best suit open positions

• Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training and education, experience and inform them of the position’s duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions

• Use various method to recruit and network with potential candidates using social media platforms, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms or employee referrals.

• Contact applicants to inform them of their application statuses and conduct background or reference checks on job applicants, particularly those who will be given job offers

• Develop and update hiring materials (job descriptions, requirements, etc.)

• Assist the people team with provide hiring documentations, databases, and reports

• Contribute to the planning and execution of development and engagement activities.


Requirement :

• At least 1 year of experience handling end-to end recruitment process or talent acquisition

• Possess a deep interest in talent acquisition or recruitment in the tech startup industry

• Has a strong sense of integrity to manage confidential information

• Strong with the initiative and proactive work ethic

• Possess Tech Possition experience in recruitment is huge plus

• Experienced in having Behavioral Event Interview

• Able to start immediately
