Job Description

HiToko Indonesia is tech startup company with focus in SaaS and we've Omnichannel system, we call it HiToko. HiToko is a cloud-based omni-channel management system. It integrates online e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc., as well as offline sales channels.

It can provide you a service with multi-channel integration and unified product management, order management, inventory management, customer management, data reporting, and so on.


Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources management, or similar.

2.At least 1 years of experience as a talent acquisition or recruitment with proven experience in sourcing candidates (from Tech company / Startup will be advantage)

3.Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous.

4.Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles.

5.Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.

6.Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.

7.Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.

8.Familiar with onboarding, termination and resignation process

9.Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.

10.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

11.Excellent organizational and time management skills

12.Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

13.Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing), Mandarin is a plus



Responsibilities:

1.Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs

2.Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourching, pipeline management, screening, assessment & interviewing, salary proposal and offer management

3.Interviewing candidates and screening resumes to determine who should be invited for in person interview

4.Identifying applicants who are good fits for the company culture and encouraging them to apply

5.Recommending candidates for position based on their qualifications, experience levels, and culture fit with the company culture

6.Coordinating all aspects of the hiring process, including scheduling interview, checking reference and preparing contracts.

7.Coordinating with human resources lead to schedule interview, schedule orientation and prepare candidate for new position

8.Handle and manage onboarding, termination and resignation process end to end.

9.Create and mantain relationships with other business and HR function through strategic partnership

10.Making reports detailing the status of open positions, candidate qualification, reason for disqualification and etc in Man Power Planning pipeline.

11.Helping to develop and implement training programs to improve employee performance


Will be on-site work at Sahid Sudirman Centre, Central Jakarta
