Job Description

  • Talent sourcing intern will assist Recruitment Consultant in the process of identifying, researching, generating, and networking with potential job candidates in order to convert individuals into job applicants. The broader task of talent sourcing is to generate a consistent flow of highly-skilled applicants.

Job Qualifications

  • Placement in Jakarta
  • Students in their 4th year or fresh graduates with distinct achievements are welcome to apply
  • Passionate in recruitment
  • Keen to develop and confident in speaking in Mandarin
  • Mandarin Speaker is a must
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Human Resource Management, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
