JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Key Account Sales (Piping Solutions

Department: Sales

Reports to: Director KA Sales

Responsibilities:

• Successfully achieve the designated monthly sales budget.
• Develop comprehensive work plans, maintain an organized customer list, and submit weekly reports to both the user and the GM.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively expanding the customer base.
• Conduct daily customer visits, delivering product information through effective presentations.
• Collaborate closely with project dealers to attain sales goals and targets.
• Ensure healthy Accounts Receivable (AR) status for customers.
• Devise and implement strategic sales strategies to achieve given targets; adeptly manage follow-ups and adeptly negotiate customer issues.
• Analyze customer requirements and offer tailored product and service recommendations that align with their needs.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to establish a network of reliable distributors in Indonesia.
• Holds a valid A/C driving license.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Possess over 3 years of experience in project sales within the piping system industry, with a specific focus on PPR, PEX, PVC Conduit pipes, and sanitary ware.
• Proven track record in managing high-profile projects within Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia for business purposes.
