Mergers And Acquisitions Analyst

We are looking for motivated investment analyst to take part to our winning team to carry out due diligence, financial analysis & modelling, investment pitch, and recommendations to board of executives.

Position title: M&A Analyst

Level: Section Head

Placement: BSD City, Tangerang

Working arrangement: Work from office

Responsibilities

• Analyze entity's fundamentals, financial statements, as well as industry's climate.
• Carry out due diligence activities for preliminary stages of M&A activities.
• Deliver financial analysis, projections, modelling, and evaluation for prospective strategic deals.
• Engage in corporate's learning programs to enhance personal and professional value.
• Communicate ideas, data, and objectives through liaison and coordination to different key stakeholders.
• Provide support in creating pitch deck for internal and external meetings.
• Manage, inspect, and verify documentations for initial agreement to ensure its alignment with company's strategic objectives and compliance to applied regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent attitude towards personal growth, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience from top-tier management consulting firm will be a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Demonstrated financial analysis and financial modelling skills.
• 3-5 years working experience with strong exposure in investments, transactions, and partnerships preferably with exposure in mergers & acquisitions in manufacturing or life science sector.
• Proven track record in business development and investment / transaction analysis.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office for reporting, analysis, and presentation.
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, industrial engineering, and other related fields from reputable local & overseas university.
