Bachelor degrees in Urban Planning, Architecture, Economics, Finance & Business, or relevant fields in the real estate sector will be preferred.

Analyze and evaluate each property based on legal documents and physical condition and do site surveys for each potential target.

Minimum 5 years relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance or private equity

Strong academic background in Finance or Business with knowledge of accounting and finance concepts

Good understanding of M&A and corporate finance

Strong quantitative skills with the ability to understand financial statements and build three statement financial models in Excel

Good business and commercial acumen as well as problem-solving skills

Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major but management/accounting major preferred

Oversee MA Project Management Processes Including Due Diligence, Financial Planning, Scoping, Closure, And Integration

Experience min. 3 years in the field of MA (minimum senior supervisor level)

Preferably have experience in financing company

Examining Market Conditions And Developments, Evaluating Organizational Opportunities For Mergers, Acquisitions And Divestitures

Develop Appropriate Financial Means To Estimate Cash Flow And Profit Potential
