What You Will Do

As Basis of Design Manager, you will use your in-depth technical knowledge in HVAC system to facilitate sales team, consultants, developer and users on design and specification of the system, develop solutions that leads to generate new business in Indonesia market.

How You Will Do It

• Become the ambassador for our solutions ecosystem.
• Collaborate internally with technical, business, and functional teams to provide excellent support to the customers.
• Build and maintaining relationship with existing and potential customers through joining forums or any engagement activities, make formal presentations to customers and the industries as required.
• Participates as a member of a development team to develop detailed solution designs and specifications of HVAC system, product selection, and calculating cost on the project development.
• Performs high-level analysis focused on components of bundled sales.
• Secure business and sell products through building relations with a single or limited number of channels partners.
• Helps to assess new projects and determine design needs and budget.
• Work closely with external parties such as contractors, consultants, and clients directly to ensure that a design fulfils their needs and satisfying the specifications.

What We Look For

• Strong technical expertise in HVAC system is required.
• Excellent presentation and persuasion skills, with well-developed communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
• Good Communication skills (verbal & written) both in Bahasa and English, presentation, foster teamwork, interpersonal skills, prioritize options, good analytical skills and good administrative skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC Technical role, OR 3 to 5 years in HVAC sales role who would like to explore in Technical/Business Development side.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering or Commercial disciplines
