Head Of Product Planning & Support

:

• Hire, guide, train, oversee and supervise required team members
• Stay intimately familiar with the present motorcycle hype and its competitors.
• Communicate with the vehicle integration team to generate vehicle pre-concept, which includes an overview of vehicle requirements and packaging
• Create product/feature solution by identifying opportunities and pain points through market/user research and analysis
• Perform discovery interviews with prospective & existing customers to identify product gaps and generate new ideas for continuous value add for existing customers, grow market share for new customers & overall improve customer experience
• Define priorities, manage roadmap plans and report to upper management by leading the product roadmap definition and its execution
• Along with the Go To Market team to execute user research and turn it into user stories for each of the earliest product stage
• Provide proper documentation for all activities
• Support after-sales teams to troubleshoot vehicle and charging infrastructure issues. Identify and exclude potential sources of error, guide as to where and why the error happened. Hold training for onsite team members to enhance technical skills among after-sales teams.
• Work with the vehicle integration team to troubleshoot any of the problems.
• Envision future technology, analyze what happened in the previous product release
• Along with Go To Market team to define product definition and product positioning after research and user stories stage
• Propose and develop future products to meet market needs and maximize sales/profit objectives by analyzing competitive strengths and weaknesses of the current product, including (getting to root cause): price, features, quality, customer satisfaction with the product

Requirements :

• Able build teams from the ground up and manage a team of teams
• 5+ years of experience and expertise in working within Automotive OEM, software, and/or hardware product maker
• Capabilities in using project management and ticketing systems tool (Asana, Salesforce, etc)
• Sophisticated analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent communication skills, presenting, pitching ideas
• Comfortable working with technical teams and getting into technical details
• Degree in business, operation management, computer science, automotive engineering or a comparable discipline
• Able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under minimum guidance
• Has deep understanding of Indonesian market and is a motorcycle user themselves
