Job Overview:
Our portfolio company is a leading beauty retail network with strong presence across Southeast Asia and is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to join their beauty team. As the Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for leading and managing B2B sales efforts, with a primary focus on increasing revenue through the retention of sellers, as well as driving brand diversification and revenue growth from our seller base. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the beauty industry's B2B landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to the sales team, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure individual and collective success. Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimise sales processes and increase overall efficiency.
- Seller Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing sellers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term commitment to the company.
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and coherence across departments. Leverage collective expertise and resources to enhance sales initiatives and achieve overall company objectives.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals, emphasising revenue growth, seller retention, and brand diversification.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth from the seller base by identifying and capitalising on opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and introducing new product lines or brand partnerships.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct regular research and analysis to identify potential areas of growth and differentiate our offerings within the B2B beauty sector.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, including seller relationship management, revenue growth strategies, and brand diversification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies.
- Results-oriented approach with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and identify new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably within the beauty industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of current market trends.
- Indonesian Nationality
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
