Head Premium Product Management

As a part of commercial team, you will need to closely collaborate with research, design, and marketing analytic teams to understand more about users & their spending, buying behaviours. You will be responsible for product plan (Voice, SMS & Data) starting from Technical Product Requirement, system development, up to on-service, and to give operational recommendation for service improvement based on our audience
As a Head of Product you will identify the needs of users and will influence teams to work towards solving problems to make XL Prioritas an emerging Postpaid market leader. Areas that you will be owning are user behaviour, analytic, growth, and adoption of features all across payments, experimentation and segmentation, and building Product Portfolio.

• Manage the Base Product department in developing plan and strategy in Postpaid Product Development and Management.
• Provide analysis and recommendation per regional/area for existing product/strategy as well as for developing next product/strategy and to provide inputs on making decision including product development.
• Responsible for product lifecycle management and customer lifecycle management of base subscribers.
• Manage product portfolio performance and maintain its service quality.
• End-to-end implementation of Postpaid Product which in line with company objective and target.
• Do the up-sell, cross-sell subscribers with products that match with their profile.

Job Requirements

• Leadership capability in product development role, lead cross-functional peer group for project management, and go-to-market launch in consumer Telco space (mobile / fixed).
• Have min 10 years of experience in Product Management / Product Marketing / Growth.
• Result-driven - able to work in team and also independently and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving, decision making and proactive approach to the job
• Insight-driven, sound knowledge of data analytics and root cause analysis, and out-of-the-box thinker.
• Strong presentation and communication skills both written and verbal in English.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, Master degree is an advantage.
• Strong Business acumen with adequate technical aptitude.
