• Lead the assigned IT Office Infrastructure Project or support any related initiative IT, to meet the targeted goals and schedule, as part of smooth transition to operation
• Manage third party vendor relationships and hold them accountable for delivery of outsourced functions
• Design, implement, deploy, and manage systems/applications monitoring processes and tools to proactively identify and resolve problems
• Align IT Office Infrastructure with current and future business requirements and strategic goals
• Establish all required system, procedure, and methodology are in place to support outstanding service delivery
• Establish the compliance monitoring process to ensure all IT Office system and process are align with IOH policy and security standard
• Oversee the 24x7 operation of IT Office Infrastructure to ensure the excellence of service delivery of system availability and quality
• Assess single points of failure to develop, implement and regularly test, a robust Backup, Redundancy and Disaster recovery strategy
• Evaluate, assess, propose, and deploy strategic solutions that leverage new and emerging technologies of all related system, that drive process automation and improve organization effectiveness and efficiencies
• Collaborate with IT Security Team on establishing the secure system and process on IT Office Infrastructure aspect, like user access methodology, password policy, email flow, Internet access policy, etc

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively and foster teamwork with peers and other functional areas inside and outside of IT along with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure system: Cisco Router-Switch-WIFI Infrastructure; Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, File/Print Sharing; Microsoft Exchange Server and SMTP relay-gateway system; Office 365; Virtualization, Server Operating System, Server management; General IT Infrastructure supporting system; Microsoft, Cisco, Comptia, ITIL certification is a plus
• Education background min. Bachelor's degree
• Ability to work within little supervision on assignments requiring technical complexity and confirmation with minimal guidance. Ability to lead meetings with all level of managements.
• Ability to multitask on assignments, prioritize and deliver on routine tasks and assigned projects also maintain all confidentiality
