Avp Account Director Fsi

Role Purpose

• Responsible to lead B2B TECH Sales team and manage relationship with Strategic Enterprise Account in Bank & Financial segment.
• Aligning with strategy team to recommend the improvement of sales strategy to expand the market share
• Build the sales strategy to achieve the sales target, control and evaluate sales performance and productivity.

Minimum Requirements

• Able to use Microsoft office (excel, ppt, doc, etc)
• Good in English, oral and written
• Good Networking and Engagement with Top Level in Financial Segmen
• Good analytical thinking
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
• 7 years of B2B Tech sales experience with experience in selling ICT, Telco products to financial services industries.
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and report writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Having knowledge about the B2B business model and sales methodology
• Flexible and adaptable in under pressure situations and meet short and long term deadlines

Responsibility

Sales Execution

• Coordinate with Enterprise Sales Solution, Marketing, Product Development, Technical and other supporting functions concerning proposal preparation of offering solution and pricing that needed by customer.
• Coordinate with Major Events to retain customer and increase customer loyalty.
• Evaluate and create program to improve customer productivity in term of services usage.
• Plan and execute corporate sales activities for Indosat Business services.
• Customer Management & Market Analysis
• Lead, initiate, and accomplish strategic project with strategic customers.
• Perform account monitoring and maintenance, Give feedback to Marketing, Product Development and Technical functions concerning trend of service need, market pricing and customer potential.
• Evaluate achievement of target production and revenue from Customer in Bank and Financial Segment
• Initiate new project, conducting and lead the action involving marketing, presales, provisioning after-sales team.
