As Corporate Actions Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Planning, paramertrisation and maintenance and corporate actions rule set
• Validate and calculate complex corporate actions
• Reviews reconciliations of client holding versus agent holdings to ensure accurate
• Corporate action transaction processing
• Support and complete client inquires and requests
• Reconcile and resolve exceptions
• Clear ledger receivables/ Payables upon receipt of payment of funds
• Assist with identifying and research variances in multiple internal clearing accounts and bank reconciliation reports while working with custodians and other broker dealers to resolve differences
• Review of processing entitlement transactions

Job Requirement:

· Minimum have 5 years' experience in Banking/Fintech industries

· Have experience at department Custody and Investment Operations.

· Have to vast a vast knowledge of overall asset services and operations to

determine the impact of a voluntary event across multiple businesses

· Have experience/knowledge in several banking system

· Proficiency with English (written and oral) is a must

· Proficiency with MS Office

· Have strong analytical thinking
