Product Management - Profile Management

About The Role
If you are passionate about conceptualizing, planning, and building things at scale - we would love to talk to you. As part of the GoTo Shared Consumer Platform (SCP) group, you will partner with a team of enormously talented product managers, engineers, designers, data analysts, and UX researchers to build products and experiences for users on all of GoTo Apps - Gojek, Tokopedia, and GoPay, across all the geographies.
Being part of the GoTo SCP Passport team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our vision of empowering all GoTo users (consumers, driver-partners, and merchant partners) to use all of the GoTo-related services (shopping, mobility, food delivery, payments, etc.) with reduced friction and enabling effective cross-selling with personalized experiences. We are doing this by building a common identity for our users across the GoTo ecosystem and leveraging it to simplify how they onboard and access these services.
What You Will Do

• Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, building, and managing end-user experiences related to the GoTo user profile - managing personal information, managing accounts etc. via a common interface across GoTo apps
• Build platform APIs which will be used by different GoTo apps to simplify user journeys related to sign-up, log in etc
• Clearly communicate product plan, customer feedback, and roadblocks to team members, cross-functional peers, and stakeholders
• Ship product improvements with the help of a cross-functional team partnering with engineering, design, data analysts, and UX researchers
• Responsible to build a seamless Sign-Up journey across three different apps in GoTo: Tokopedia, Gojek, and GoPay
• Define, track, and report success metrics for the product, business, and customers
• Define and drive product roadmap and OKRs that balances cutting-edge experimentations, innovations, and improving user experience, optimizing for authentication costs
• Define clear, well-scoped product requirements based on user pain points/needs understanding and insights from data backed by strong intuition
• Partner with Risk and Trust / Safety teams to solve account and data safety

What You Will Need

• Customer obsession and UX skills - you can empathize with the user and apply mature design thinking skills to build simple, intuitive, effective user journeys and interfaces
• Good to have - You have good acumen for understanding system designs, and interactions between different services and can work with the engineering teams to optimize architectures
• Prior experience in the domain of user identity/accounts management/authentication would be a plus
• You can break down complex problems and identify use cases/solutions that can be reused across multiple areas. Platform product management experience would be a plus
• A Bachelor’s / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in Engineering/Computer Science/Management
• Being data-driven - being able to work creatively with data teams to build necessary data dashboards along with being able to analyze large data sets. The ability to query data using SQL is a plus
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Product Manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale products
• Strong communication skills - you know how to build trust and get things done with the help of good verbal and written communication. Crystal clear articulation of problems being solved for the customer, detailing the solution impact, and well-scoped product requirements are key

About The Team
The GoTo Passport profile team is responsible for the common profile for a person/user which connects all of their GoTo accounts/experiences. We enable customers to sign up easily across different GoTo applications with the least friction and also empower them to update their personal information via a common profile management experience - cutting across all the apps. For example, gone are the days when users had to update their contact details separately in each of the GoTo Apps. In addition, we are a key enabler for SSO (Single sign-on) login across different GoTo apps, and making the sign-up process easy across apps - further reducing friction in how easily users can enjoy access to different services like shopping, mobility, food delivery, payments, etc.
