Manage the Base Product department in developing plan and strategy in Postpaid Product Development and Management.

Responsible for product lifecycle management and customer lifecycle management of base subscribers.

Manage product portfolio performance and maintain its service quality.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a Product Management field

Mengikuti jam kerja, masuk jam 10.00 WIB dan pulang jam 17.00 WIB serta tidak ada lembur.

1- 3 years experience working as a QA engineer with consumer-based products

Experience in running manual tests on mobile applications

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

Build and run processes of manual QA testing

Carry out testing of the application system that is being developed, including the black-box/gray-box and positive/negative methods

Investigate, identify and report bugs discovered in our flows

Minimum 3 years investment product development/management experience

Strong problem solving and analytical skills including demonstrated experience with research, data gathering and ability to think strategically

WAPERD and/or WPPE AAJI certification a plus
