Haarlem Home is currently looking for a Marketing Executive with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and negotiate strategic partnerships that align with marketing goals and values, while also creating and managing the budgeting plan for these partnerships.
• Research for marketing projects - and report on it.
• Develop and implement Haarlem Home’s social media strategy across various platforms.
• Create and manage a social media content strategy (including graphics, videos, and copy that aligns with brand messaging and values), while also monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to make recommendations for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall company goals.
• Analyze the results of all marketing activity and present findings and recommendations.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Plan and develop a marketing strategy & initiatives for creative & branding campaigns through social media

Qualifications:

• 1 year of proven working experience as a Marketing Executive or other relevant role.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Able to operate graphic softwares (Canva/ Figma)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A good eye on details and affinity for design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for interior design, home living, and craft is a bonus
