Haarlem Home is currently looking for a Marketing Executive with the following responsibilities:

Plan and develop a marketing strategy & initiatives for creative & branding campaigns through social media

Coordinate with respective partner to ensure home funnel management runs well

Lead all activities on managing and processing Order Intake and Sales, proper execution of incoming Purchase Orders until become sales activation

Ensure e2e home funnel processes are in the most effective & efficient wayI

Ensure all the process improvement is established

Ensure team has transparent dashboard which able to be seen by everyone

Ensure all the data related to the funnel are valid

Track customer experiences via metrics across online and offline channels, deviced and touchpoint

Daily monitor of touchpoint visitor experience, identifiying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experience

Define customer online channel journey through website, ecommerce platform and to look opportunities to monitize customer interaction

Min. 6 years relevant experience in telco IT or Information System / Network

To ensure all home billing activity smoothly implemented

Performs Charge Code Statistic / Trending Charge Check, Collaborates With Reva Team, Based On Report Sent By Amdocs During Bill Run

Perform visual QA check for sample numbers, especially for VIP numbers & hybrid numbers

Involves in billing preparation meeting & billing QA meeting

Give insights from business perspective and escalates to direct report (superior), regarding findings during billing QA
