Job Description
Responsibilities


Marketing Communications Execution (70%)


  • Produce and promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g., comments and shares).
  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
  • Along with the strategist team, manage the implementation of content communications strategies for TikTok account.
  • Optimize the TikTok full feature in order to reach business objective
  • Stay updated on trending challenges, effects, and formats within the TikTok community.


Team Support (30%)


  • Respond to program needs and provide strategic communications feedback to advance projects’ impacts;
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to the stakeholders within ecosystem
Requirements


  • Demonstrated experience as a TikTok creator, consistently producing engaging content and building a following on the platform.
  • Ability to think on your feet, adapt to unexpected situations, and maintain a positive and engaging demeanor during live broadcasts.
  • Familiarity with social media etiquette, including community guidelines, privacy policies, and copyright laws.
  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and schedule live sessions at peak viewing times for maximum audience engagement.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics to enhance the visual appeal of your live sessions.
  • Passion for entertaining and engaging with an online audience, along with the drive to continuously improve your hosting skills and content creation abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with viewers and respond to comments effectively.
  • Proficiency in using TikTok's features, including live broadcasting, effects, filters, and interactive features.
  • Excellent hosting and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and entertain viewers in a live setting.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, challenges, and community preferences to create relevant and captivating content.
