The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for operational management of MCN agencies and creators in the Indonesian market, including onboarding, incubation and cultivation of MCN agencies and creators, and accountable for metrics such as creators MAU.
- Develop MCN agency and creator operation and training programs, improve creator partners acquisition and operational efficiency, implement detailed activity plans, and take responsibility for the results.
- Through daily work, be able to explore the characteristics of our proprietary platform products and users’ needs, assist the team in completing operation SOP refinement and continuous iteration. Collect user needs and feedback to help the product team optimize product functions.
- Integrate operational results and resources, to explore and create showcases. And collaborate with the marketing team to provide valuable materials for marketing purposes.
- Assist MCN agencies and creators in onboarding TAP process and take responsibility for ongoing TAP process management, track/review/confirm their deliverables, and analyzing relevant creator business data, and commission settlement.
Requirements
- With more than 2 years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills, being able to work with the team to solve problems and complete tasks.
- Ability to speak in English & Bahasa. Mandarin speaking ability is a strong plus
- Excellent learning ability, execution capability, result-oriented, sense of responsibility.
- Good sense with data, strong analytical skills and good problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with the influencer e-commerce market, especially Tiktok commerce is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of experience in the Internet industry
- Understand the operational logic of MCN or creator business.
