Job Description
  • Report to the PS Manager
  • Be a consultant to the PS team, ensure they are working base on their interest/expertise
  • Works with recruiters identifying the requirements and Technical Assessment for hiring new PS
  • Conduct regular sharing knowledges to recruiters related of IT related clients requirements
  • Liaising and coordinating with related departments in monitoring and managing Professional Services
  • Help to identify the most effective methods for the PS recruitment process
  • Work with HR to identifying the design and concept of the company's bootcamp
  • Manage & enhance the existing e-learning to meet the clients and industries requirements


Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related field preferred
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Having experience working in IT Consultant is preferred
  • Passionate in IT and Employee Development
  • Having work experience min. 1 year as IT PMO/IT BA/IT Trainer/IT Recruiter
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
  • Knowledge of basic IT Project Management, SDLC, Programming is a plus
  • Able to manage pressure in a dynamic environment and agile
  • Professional Qualification – Leadership/Coaching/Trainer is a plus
