Job Title: Venture Fund Associates

Job Requirements :

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian and English is a must
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related specialty
• Passion for venture investing, startups, and technology, particularly in emerging markets.
• Minimum GPA 3,5
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and sound business judgment to identify issues and present creative and practical solutions;
• A “can-do” attitude, strong drive, and willingness to learn.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing and fundraising in the Capital Market/Startup/Venture Capital/Private Equity
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the monitoring of investments in portfolio companies
• Build high-quality relationships with ecosystem enablers, fellow investors, and entrepreneurs
• Lead efforts in due diligence on potential investment opportunities; Prepare investment memo where it fits;
• Support our portfolio companies with fundraising and strategic decision making
• Communicate with the Investor and other parties related to the Venture Fund
• Develop a fundraising thesis and deep dive into specific target investor
• Direct responsibility for managing the daily fundraising process of Venture Fund
• Support the team in operational initiatives, such as pipeline management and knowledge capturing / sharing
