Job Title: Venture Fund Associates

Job Requirements :

●Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related specialty.

●Minimum GPA 3,5.

●Minimum of 2 years of experience.

●Experience in Sales, Marketing and fundraising in the Capital Market/Startup/Venture Capital/Private Equity.

●Passion for venture investing, startups, and technology, particularly in emerging markets.

●A “can-do” attitude, strong drive, and willingness to learn.

●Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian and English is a must.

●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and sound business judgment to identify issues and present creative and practical solutions;

Key responsibilities

●Direct responsibility for managing the daily fundraising process of Venture Fund.

●Communicate with the Investor and other parties related to the Venture Fund

●Participate in the monitoring of investments in portfolio companies.

●Lead efforts in due diligence on potential investment opportunities; Prepare investment memo where it fits;

●Develop a fundraising thesis and deep dive into specific target investor

●Support our portfolio companies with fundraising and strategic decision making.

●Build high-quality relationships with ecosystem enablers, fellow investors, and entrepreneurs.

●Support the team in operational initiatives, such as pipeline management and knowledge capturing / sharing.
