Supporting Search & Selection of Ashoka Fellow in Indonesia, including but not limited to determining

Maintaining the network of Ashoka Fellows in Indonesia through Next Now Program.

Coordinate fellowship opportunity programs from global, regional and Indonesia for Ashoka Fellow

Supporting the Spiritual Changemakers Program in Indonesia, including but not limited to becoming

Highly experienced professionals & serial entrepreneurs, 2-5 years in specific Industry.

If you're selected, you must attend the program for around 10 weeks, hybrid sessions (Online and Offline)

Previously worked in corporate-level companies/ startups.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to spend around 20-30 hours a week to attend this program.

WE ARE LOOKING TO INVEST THE FUTURE FOUNDERS IN 🇮🇩 FOR THE 🌏

●Support the team in operational initiatives, such as pipeline management and knowledge capturing / sharing.

●Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related specialty.

●Minimum of 2 years of experience.

●Experience in Sales, Marketing and fundraising in the Capital Market/Startup/Venture Capital/Private Equity.

Job Title: Venture Fund Associates

●Passion for venture investing, startups, and technology, particularly in emerging markets.

Top management consultancies graduates with around 4 years of work experiences are highly preferable

Monitor portfolio companies through company reports and engagement with management teams

Established VC with great presence in Indonesia|Exposure to various businesses

Portfolio sourcing: generate leads, approach, and meet with potential portfolios

Network with stakeholders from other VC firms

Support due diligence: market sizing & mapping, customer survey and industry research

Bertanggung jawab atas aktivitas berikut:

Mencari calon pasangan usaha/nasabah potensial;

Melakukan analisa kelayakan usaha bagi calon pasangan usaha/nasabah potensial;

Melakukan due diligence dan mengusulkan proposal investasi kepada calon pasangan usaha/nasabah potensial; dan

Melakukan monitoring dan penagihan terhadap pasangan usaha/nasabah.

Minimal pendidikan S1, diutamakan jurusan Ekonomi/Akuntansi;

• Have a good knowledge of consumer purchasing behavior through applications and marketplaces.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Have familiarity and knowledge about South Jakarta Area and Greater Jakarta in general.

• Holding a bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Branding, Digital Media.

• Understanding of social media trends, especially Food & Beverage will be a plus.

• Willing to undergo probation periods for 3 months.

• Have a good knowledge of consumer purchasing behavior through applications and marketplaces.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Have familiarity and knowledge about South Jakarta Area and Greater Jakarta in general.
