Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Contribute to the investment process, asset class specialist groups, and committees in local/regional.
  • Manage time deposit placements within bank universe list, ensure its liquidation and management
  • Manage designated fixed income and money market portfolios based on the objectives and constraints of the funds to best achieve metrics of KPIs but not limited to setting a relevant benchmark of funds, managing & rebalance the portfolio, and providing liquidity to fulfill redemptions.
  • Present fixed income investment recommendations, and participate in the peer review of investment recommendations from other team members
  • Support and, where necessary, lead the daily oversight and management of the funds and manage report generation


Qualifications


  • 7 – 10 years’ experience in related field
  • Able to work in a fast-paced regional-based environment.
  • Hold CFA or other related certification is preferred
  • Hold WMI is a must
  • Solid working experience in Fixed Income areas preferably in sizeable financial institutions with strong investment products knowledge
  • Have logical and critical thinking processes to improve or establish new initiatives or challenge existing ones
  • Strong written & communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong business sense, having a good understanding of industry and trends and being attentive to detail.
  • Craving for challenging assignments and having a high drive to establish projects from ideation to execution and perform the evaluation for continuous improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related disciplines from the reputable University
