Development Intern Jobs

Iyagi is set to be the next big thing in mobile entertainment, and we are hiring interns to join our team!

The ideal web and mobile application developer intern will have basic/ academic knowledge in all stages of web and mobile application development cycles. They should be confident initiating application revisions and provide 24/7 maintenance of the applications and systems, or be equipped with the basic skillsets to learn from experienced developers.

Responsibilities

• Support the production of fully functional mobile applications, writing clean and maintainable code
• Provide timely updates to the mobile application
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the CTO and Tech Lead from time to time
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimise performance
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, support)
• Consume / Produce APIs (REST) that are clear and testable
• Support the development and maintenance of cross-platform mobile application (Xamarin / React Native/ Flutter)
• Stay up to date with new trends in the mobile application sphere

Qualifications

• Effective communication (English and Bahasa) and technical writing skills
• Knowledge of Azure Notification Hubs/ Firebase Cloud Messaging / Firebase Realtime DB is a plus
• Knowledge and understanding of relational databases and SQL; experience with Microsoft SQL Server & SQLite is a strong plus - MongoDB experience preferred
• Ability to work well in teams and also independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn on the job
• Strong interest in software engineering
• Proven track record of publishing cross-platform mobile applications is a very strong plus
• Preferable 2 – 3 years of experience with mobile app development using ANY Cross Platform Technologies (React Native, Xamarin, Flutter)
• Some knowledge of business/ workflow applications is preferred; prior experience in enterprise resource planning tools is a plus
• Good problem solving, logical reasoning, planning and time management skills
• Fast learner and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• At least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent, or nearing graduation
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming; experience with Microsoft .NET technologies is an advantage
