Head Organizational Development Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Strategize and lead implementation of solutions to enhance and grow the business, from organizational design and talent management perspective.
• Design and lead change management involving reorganizations, competency matrix, corporate culture activation, succession planning, talent mobility, as needed.
• Analyze, create and execute organizational effectiveness and balancing strategy.

Qualifications:

• Respectful, trustworthy, professional, wholehearted, committed, act with integrity.
• Bachelor/Master's Degree in any major, preferably from an accredited institution.
• Minimum has 8 years of working experience in a managerial role, especially experienced in job grading, organization design, workload analysis, competency matrix, performance management, talent management, succession planning.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, leadership, change management.
• Advance communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
