About Role

- Involvement in various practices area within Human Resources, people hiring and development, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations

- Develop and drive HR strategies implementation to align with business needs and objectives

- Manage end-to-end talent cycle from talent acquisition to determine suitable talent needs through to talent management and development

- Direct Report to HR Manager

- Mid Level ( 5 Years Experience)

- Work with a team

- Minimum Bachelor's degree / Master’s Degree in Human Resources / Psychology/ Legal or equivalent

- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Human Resources

- Able to analyze and optimize HR Strategies

- Critical and logical thinking
