Sales & Business Development Expert

We are looking for a competent sales & Business Development Expert who can plan, execute, and oversee all sales and promotional activities effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Provides feedback to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
• Effectively communicates the value proposition through proposals and presentations, and provides on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads.
• Work together with Business Team and Management to achieve the annual company revenue target by creating a sales pipeline.
• Plan and set up a proper and precise quotation on each project, and seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
• Research and identify new business opportunities including new accounts, new industries, growth areas, trends, and customers.
• Meet with customers or clients face to face or over the phone, foster, develop, and maintain relationships on behalf of Established Jakarta and its subsidiaries
• Develops and implements new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.

Requirements:

- A university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

- Have a minimum of 3 years of Sales Management experience. Knowledge of Digital Marketing would be an advantage.

- Have knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.

- Have a proven track record of exceeding revenue quota in a Sales or equivalent role.

- Collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level.

- Have exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written.

- Fluent in English is a must.
