Organization Development Executive Jobs

We are looking for an Organization Development Executive to contribute expertise to our development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist Talent Manager to lead annual performance management process, including continuous improvement of strategy, process, forms, tools/resources, communication plan, and timeline
• Conduct competency validation, profiling, and other needs assessment methods to identify and prioritize organizational needs and gaps
• Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and senior managers
• Provide data and analytical support through research, data mining, distillation, and communication of findings relevant to current talent management processes
• Assist Talent Manager to develop Performance Management System including setting KPI and Potency
• Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources
• Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies
• Advanced proficiency in office especially excel (pivot, vlookup, hlookup)
• Superb analytical, collaboration, and time-management skills
• Familiar with score card, nine-box, and human asset value
• Bachelor's in Psychology with minimum GPA 3.25
• 1-3 year experiences as Organization Development or Talent Management
• Willing to be placed at Pluit, North Jakarta
