Job Description

Position Decription:

Ensure that proper organization design process and development are conducted by following the principals of OD and HR philosophies by doing accurate job analysis, evaluation, and work-load analysis


Primary Responsibilities:

  • To support OD-PD Manager to set job evaluation team and JE processes
  • Workload analysis, Organization effectiveness implementation and change management support & Support on development of competency matrix.
  • Maintain and update position grade database
  • Ensure each position are traceable and auditable in the organization chart and HR system
  • Handling Performance Management System
  • To conduct proper job analysis for each job in the organization (competency, requirements, output and process)
  • Proper mapping and documentation of organization chart
  • Conduct organization analysis and provide recommendation of organization design
  • Document and codified best practices and templates of job description

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Implement all related management systems with occupational safety and health to realize safety and health work for both oneself and coworkers.
  • Ad hoc project as directed in relation to Organization Management

Educational qualifications preferred

  • Degree: Bachelor of Engineering - BE, Bachelor of Science - BS
  • Field specialization: Human Resources Development, Psychology, Industrial Engineering & Management
  • Category: Bachelor's Degree

Required work experience

  • Years of experience: 2 to 5

Required Competencies:

  1. PMS
  2. Workload Analysis
  3. Job Evaluation using Position Class (Mercer) of HCL (Hay Reference Level)
