Assist Talent Manager to develop Performance Management System including setting KPI and Potency

Provide data and analytical support through research, data mining, distillation, and communication of findings relevant to current talent management processes

Experienced in structuring a Performance Management System

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology

Implement and manage performance appraisal tool, process and programs including evaluate and analyze performance appraisal results.

Strong business acumen, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Collaborate with superiors to designing organization structure based on company goals and targets:

Have a minimum of 4 years experience in the field of professional Organizational Development and Performance Management.

Plan, measure, monitor and evaluate the performance management system.

Have excellent knowledge to operate Microsoft Office.

Assist the Company in making the company's Jobdesk and SOP.

Evaluate Job evaluation to ensure the accuracy of the position value according to the company's needs.

Conduct reviews, updates and supporting documents for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for both individuals and companies.

Bachelor in Marketing, Management, Industrial Relationship, PR, or a related field preferred.

Offer solutions to business partner needs through integrated JAS products/services.

Strong commercial acumen with conflict resolution skills.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Ability to manage and drive a wide range of diverse issues.

Experience in Matrix Organization is a plus.

Prepare and present reports on business development activities to the management team

Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Strong market knowledge is a must. Especially network in the digital marketing industry

Proven experience in business development or related role in a DSP, Performance digital marketing agency, or a technology company

Strong negotiation, decision-making, and leadership skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Administer performance evaluation process to ensure the implementation of performance management in the organization

Having HR certifications is an advantage.

At least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.

Maintain organization structure, job description and KPIs to ensure all the job positions are accurate and up-to-date

Perform job analysis, and workload analysis process to ensure the organizational effectiveness.

Maintain and update HR policy & procedures to ensure all activity within the organization are comply with the standard procedures
