Job Description
nullResponsibilities


  • Deep understanding about organization changes, goals and reason of change.
  • Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the effectiveness and efficiency of the new employee orientation program
  • Collaborate with superiors to designing organization structure based on company goals and targets:
  • Design and implementation of Organization Development Strategy. Include planning and developing Career Development Plan, Succession Planning, Competency Mapping, Performance Management System to supports organization goals.
  • Monitor the internal movement process within the company.
  • Develop, update and maintain for all positions in the organization according to the new and/or updated Organization Structure.
  • Draw & maintain all organization structure documentation (historical and revised documents).
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal tool, process and programs including evaluate and analyze performance appraisal results.
Requirements


  • Strong business acumen, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Experienced in structuring a Performance Management System
  • Solid data analytics skills
  • 3+ years of working experience in performance management or organizational development
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
