We're looking for a rockstar paid media buyer to join our fast-growing team. As a Performance Executive, you'll execute campaigns across all media channels, including search (SEM/PPC/Google) and social (FB/LinkedIn). Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for ensuring client and campaign success. You also won't have to deal directly with any clients for this role, which is the cherry on top.

This is a fully remote role, meaning you can save money on living expenses while still getting paid well.

We're seeking a passionate Performance Executive to join us and take KPI Media to new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, measure and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads,BingAds,Amazon Search Ads, 3rdparty ad platformsand other search engines.
• Measure and evaluate the success ofadvertising campaignsto inform investment decisions
• Deliver analysis and insights that helpteams optimizead campaigns
• Perform regular quality assurance/quality control checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure they are running as contractedand are on track to meet clients' goals & KPIs
• Provide ongoing and ad hoc analytical support toPerformance Manager
• Provide consistent and effective support toPerformance Manager inmanaging campaignsand new opportunities.
• Implement, measure and optimize paid social campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads and other social channels.
• Maintain and create clients' KPI Dashboards
• Conduct recurring weekly & monthly optimization tasks(i.e. Keyword Expansion, Ad Testing, Negative Management,Budget Management, etc.)

Requirements:

• Experienceworking at agencies or startups is advantageous
• Proficiency in Excelis a must.
• Loves working independently and as a team
• Certifications: Google Skillshop (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Blueprint (optional).Certifications are not required for application but must have while employed with KPI Media.
• Bachelor’sdegree in Marketingis preferredbut not necessary
• Loves startup cultures: a work hard, play hard mentality is a must (the harder, the better)
• Experiencewith any advertising platform is advantageous (the more, the merrier)
• Experienced individuals in Google Analytics and other dashboarding or BI tools are advantageous.
• 1-3years of relevant work experience in search marketing, digital marketing, and/or another highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven environment.
