Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Performance Specialist to join our team at Xfoods. As a Business Performance Specialist, you will play a key role in assessing the overall performance of our Brands and Restaurants in terms of operations, processes, and supply chain systems. Responsibilities
  • Identify waste in restaurant activities and inventory, including resource waste, overprocessing, overproduction, excessive movement, defective products, unnecessary employee activities (idle activities), and excess inventory, and propose solutions to superiors for improvement.
  • Identifying areas of improvement in restaurant operations, including processes, workflow, staffing, and customer experience, and proposing solutions for optimization.
  • Analyzing data and identifying trends or patterns to provide insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency, cost management, and revenue generation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as operations, marketing, and finance, to develop and implement strategies to enhance business performance (certifications, ISO implementation, product quality, workplace safety, etc.).
  • Conduct comprehensive and performance assessments of the overall business operations, including the restaurants, supply chain, customer service processes.
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with operational standards, food safety regulations, and quality control measures
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented strategies and initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  • Creating performance dashboards and reports to communicate performance results to stakeholders, management, and investors.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics/KPIs aligned with targets and report them regularly to the COO and Senior Management Team, highlighting improvements, support needs, and performance challenges
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in the F&B sector, and implementing innovative approaches to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
  • Take the initiative to propose relevant ideas or programs to foster employee motivation and productivity.
  • Developing and implementing performance measurement systems and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics, evaluation principles, and continuous improvement (CI).
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in performance analysis, process improvement, and project management.
  • Working knowledge of ERP software, MS Office, and other relevant work support software.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with problem-solving tools.
  • Strong understanding of optimizing store operations and resources, as well as standards for success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
